- Where is Sweetest Moments’ shop located?
Our retail shop is located at 787A Upper Serangoon Road S534655.
- How long has Sweetest Moments been around?
We have been established since 2005.
Our past clients include MediaCorp artiste Ben Yeo & Claudia, and ex-MediaCorp artistes James Lye & Diana Ser, Darryl David & Christina Sim etc. Read their feedback about us here.
- Is Sweetest Moments licensed to handle food?
Yes, we hold a food licence displayed at our shop front in accordance with the regulations set by NEA.
For your greater assurance of our hygiene standards, in the recent grading assessment, we have been awarded an "A" grading and a certificate for "Excellence in Cleanliness and Food Hygiene".
About the Ordering Process
- How many days in advance do I have to order?
Please order 7 days (including Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays) in advance from the date of delivery / collection in order for us to prepare.
If your order is less than 7 days, do give us a call at 6286 2553. We’ll see what we can do to help you. Where possible, we’ll try our best to accede to your request.
- What if I cannot confirm on the quantity 7 days before the date of delivery / collection?
For Full Month Packages, it will be good to first place your order with the estimated number, so that we can at least prepare the BabyCard & giftboxes for you. Do remember to give the confirmed quantity 4 days before the date of delivery / collection.
- Are there any hidden costs?
No, we do not charge GST & there are no other hidden costs.
- Do we have to pay deposit?
No deposit is needed.
- Any other things I need to take note of?

- I have sent on my order online, so what do I do next?
We will send you an email to confirm the order within the next 48 hours. Please call us if you do not hear from us.
About Delivery / Collection
- What time can you deliver the packages or cupcakes?
Our delivery timing is between 11am to 1pm, and it extends to 2pm on Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon.
- Do you deliver on Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays?
Yes, we deliver on Mondays to Sundays, including Public Holidays.
- Where & what time can I collect the packages or cupcakes if I choose to self-collect?
The collection time is between 10am to 5pm. Earlier collection timings from 9.30am onwards can be arranged upon request.

- How do I make payment?
You may make payment by cash or cheque to "Sweetest Moments Pte Ltd" upon delivery to our delivery person.
If you are self-collecting the packages, you may also make payment by master / visa.
- Is there free delivery?
Yes, there is a free delivery to one location for purchases of $200 nett & above, except for locations like Tuas, Jurong Island & Sentosa Island. Subsequent delivery locations may be subjected to a delivery charge of $15 per location.

- About our GiftBox & BabyCard
- Can we put our baby’s Chinese name as well on the BabyCard?
Yes, you may do so. Please email your baby’s Chinese name to design@sweetestmoments.com.sg after you have submitted the order form.
- Can I customize my own message on the BabyCard & box cover?
Sure, you are most welcome to create any message most suited to your needs.
- Will you provide plastic bags?
Yes, we will provide some plastic bags for your convenience. However, do note that each giftbox has 2 ribbon handles at the sides for ease of carrying, so there is no need for plastic bags actually. We hope to be as environmentally-friendly as possible.
(Note: Speaking of being environmentally-friendly, we hope that the giftboxes can be recycled. They make beautiful storage boxes for your baby’s accessories etc.)
- What is the min. resolution for the baby photo?
The minimum resolution is 800 x 600.
- If we are having a baby boy, does it mean that we will be getting the blue box?
Yes, we will prepare blue boxes for boys & pink boxes for girls.
- About our Food / Packages
- How long can I keep the food?
There are no preservatives in all our food items. As such, we highly recommend that the packages are sent out to your recipients on the same day we send them to you.
To ensure that our food is fresh, the box is specially dated with a label of the date that it is packed.
(Note: For your convenience, you may separate the orders over a few days if required, as we understand that you may not be able to finish distributing all in one day.)
- Does each box package come with the BabyCard?
Yes, each box package comes with a complimentary BabyCard.
- What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is 10 boxes for us to prepare the personalized giftboxes.
- Can we mix-and-match different types of packages?
Yes, you may do so.
About our Cupcakes
- What is the size difference between Mini Cupcakes & Standard Cupcakes?
Mini Cupcakes are 3.5cm in diameter, while Standard Cupcakes are 5.5cm in diameter.
- How will my cupcakes be packed?
They will be packed in brown boxes around A3 size each. Each box fits 54 Mini Cupcakes or 20 Standard Cupcakes.
- I have a picture of the cupcakes I would like to have, but I do not know how much you will charge for this design. How can I check?
Please email the picture to enquiries@sweetestmoments.com.sg and we will let you know the price.
- How do I make payment?

- About our Mini Cupcakes
- How many Mini Cupcakes must I order to fit into one box nicely?
One box fits 54 pcs nicely.
Alternatively, we have a giftbox that can fit 20 pcs nicely at $23.90 per box.
- Can I order 60 pcs of Mini Cupcakes instead of one box of 54 pcs?
Sure, you can order 60 pcs of mini cupcakes. Do note that 54 pcs will be packed in a box and the other 6 pcs will be packed separately in another box / plastic container. Please state the order of the 6 mini cupcakes separately in the special instructions.
- What are the colour schemes that we can choose?
You may choose between a pink theme or a blue theme. Other colour themes will only be accommodated on special occasions like Christmas, Chinese New Year etc. or on a case-by-case basis.
- Standard Cupcakes
- How many Standard Cupcakes must I order to fit one box nicely?
One box fits 20 pcs nicely.
- Can I order Signature Cupcakes but I wish to customize the design?
For Signature Cupcakes, we will not be able to customize the colour & the design of the cupcakes.
- Cupcake Trees
- Do you have tiers available for us to place the cupcakes?
Yes, we have acrylic crystal-clear tiers available for rental as follows:
- 3-level tier @ $10 per day. (A refundable deposit of $50 applies.)
- 4-level tier @ $20 per day. (A refundable deposit of $70 applies.)
- 5-level tier @ $20 per day. (A refundable deposit of $70 applies.)
