- Preparation Time:
- Please order 7 days in advance of the date of delivery / collection, so that we can prepare the personalized gifts, vouchers &/or cupcakes and cakes. For urgent orders, please call us directly at 62862553.
- Minimum Order:
Full Month Packages & Wedding Packages:
- A minimum order of 10 boxes is required.
- A maximum number of 3 types of packages is allowed for each self-collection /delivery.
Purchase of Full Month Gift Vouchers Only:
- A minimum order of 10 Gift Vouchers is required to personalize the babycard.
- For orders less than 10 Gift Vouchers, the personalized babycard will not be provided.
- Delivery Charges:
Full Month Packages, Gift Vouchers, Wedding Packages & Cupcakes / Cakes:
- Delivery to one location is complimentary for orders $200 nett & above, subject to availability.
- Delivery charge per location is $15, subject to availability.
- Delivery to Tuas, Jurong Island or Sentosa will incur a surcharge of $15.
- Delivery to Jurong Island, Paya Lebar Airbase or Airline Road will not be accepted.
Note: Self-collection can be done from our shop at 787A Upper Serangoon Road S534655 between 10am to 5pm (1pm on Public Holidays).
- Delivery Timing:
Full Month Packages, Gift Vouchers, Wedding Packages & Cupcakes / Cakes:
- Delivery timing is between 10am to 1pm (available daily) and 2pm to 4pm (availably daily except PH) unless otherwise stated. The delivery timing cannot be fixed but we will endeavour to deliver within the delivery time stated.
- Priority will be given to Full Month & Wedding Packages whose orders are large, as they will need more time to distribute the packages out.
- Please note that requests for specific delivery timing (within an hour’s range eg. between 11am – 12pm) will be liable to a surcharge of $10. This will also be subjected to availability of time slots.
- Please ensure that someone is around to receive the packages if a delivery is arranged, otherwise the packages will be sent back to our shop at 787A Upper Serangoon Road S534655 for your collection.
- Payment Terms:
- Full Payment has to be made upon receipt of the packages, gift vouchers &/or cupcakes and cakes.
- Modes of payment include cash, local cheques, NETS, Visa or Master credit cards (only for self-collections) or bank funds transfer.
- Packages, vouchers & cupcakes / cakes delivered must be checked and shall be deemed accepted if no errors/discrepancies are raised immediately upon delivery / collection.
- Goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Amendments & Cancellation Charges:
- STRICTLY no amendments will be allowed 2 working days prior to delivery / collection.
- As the packages, vouchers &/or cupcakes and cakes are personalized, we regret that all orders placed are final and any changes and cancellations will be charged accordingly. A cancellation surcharge will apply as follows:
- 50% of the order price if cancellation notice is less than 72 hours
- 100% of the order price if cancellation notice is less than 48 hours
- A processing fee of $50 if any cancellation is done after we have sent an email confirming the order, despite the notice being more than 72 hours.
- Personalised Announcement Cards:
- If we do not receive your baby's or wedding photo 48 hours before your delivery / collection date, we will proceed to use the prince / princess icon or the couple’s icon on the announcement card.
- Please note that only one babycard per baby / twins / triplets will be done. Please do not send in 2 different orders with 2 different designs for the same baby, as we will only prepare 1 babycard for each baby. This is to prevent confusion in our logistics.
- If you have chosen the standard cards, please note that it will not come with personalised name &/or photo. It will be exactly the same as per shown at http://www.sweetestmoments.com.sg/fullmonth/personalized_babycard.aspx.
- Promotions:
- For FBI/SBI card-holders, discount is only applicable only for purchases of Full Month packages above $200 nett. Discount is not applicable to the 1st month gift vouchers. Discount cannot be held in conjunction with any other promotions
- Product Care:
- We advise that all fresh food products are to be consumed on the same day of delivery / collection. Otherwise, please store them in the refrigerator immediately.
- Product Designs:
- Cake designs, colours & interior layout of food are subject to minor variations, thus final presentation may differ slightly from pictures shown.
- Some food / gift items are subject to stock availability. We seek your understanding if substitution of other food / gift item is required. Customers will be advised of any changes before any order is processed.
- Tier Rentals:
- The tier has to be returned to our shop. When the tier is returned to us the next day, we will deduct one-day’s rental from your refundable deposit.
- Membership:
- Upon any purchase of Sweetest Moments’ products, you will automatically become a member of Sweetest Moments’ family, where you will be entitled to benefits & discounts for future purchases.
