Terms & Conditions

Preparation Time

1. For customised cakes made according to a customer's personal design and needs, a 14 days' advanced notice with full details is required.

2. For personalised full month and wedding packages, and themed cupcakes and standard cake designs featured on our website and collaterals, please order at least 4 days in advance before the desired delivery or self-collection date.

3. For orders with only 48 to 72-hour notice, an express surcharge of $10 applies. (waived until further notice)

4. For urgent orders with less than 48-hour notice, please contact us directly at 6286 2553 to discuss the possibility of meeting your requirements.

 

 

Minimum Order

(Only applicable for full month and wedding packages)

1. Minimum order of 5 boxes is required for each type of package.

2. Maximum order of 3 types of packages is allowed. 

 

 

Personalised Announcement Cards

1. Personalised Announcement Cards are only available with minimum purchase of 10 packages or gift vouchers.

2. Please email us your preferred photo to be used on the card at least 3 days before the desired delivery or self-collection date.

3. Only one artwork for the Personalised Announcement Cards per purchase is allowed.

4. Previews of such artwork will be sent to the customer’s email to ensure accuracy.

5. Once approval from the customer is granted, the Personalised Announcement Card(s) will be sent for printing, and no further changes will be allowed.

6. If the minimum purchase is not met or a personal photo is not sent to us within the required timeframe, Standard Announcement Cards without personalised message and photo will be provided instead.

7. Standard Cards do not have personalised message or photo.

 

Differences between Personalised Announcement Cards and Standard Announcement Cards:

To use the same BabyCard design for another order, please indicate “to use BabyCard design as per order number XYZ” within the ‘Comments’ section during checkout.

 

 
Self-Collection Details

1. Purchases can be collected at our office. Please refer to the details below for the address and available day and time.

Available day and time:

  • Daily (except Tuesdays): 9am to 5pm
  • Public Holidays: 9am to 1pm only

*If a Public Holiday falls on Tuesday, our kitchen will be opened, and our kitchen will be closed on Wednesday instead.

2. If all purchases are deemed to be satisfactory and accepted by the recipient upon self-collection, no request for refunds or exchanges will be allowed once the recipient has left our office.

 

 

Delivery Charges

1. Complimentary delivery to one location applicable for each order over $200 nett (excluding GST and tier rental deposits).

2. Orders / Deliveries cannot be combined to meet the minimum nett requirement for complimentary delivery.

3. For purchases below $200 nett (excluding GST and tier rental deposits), a delivery charge of $19 per location applies.

4. Deliveries to Tuas (postal codes beginning with 62 and/or 63) or Sentosa will incur an additional surcharge of $18 on top of the delivery charge, if any.

 

 

Delivery Timings

1. There are 2 slots available:

  • Daily (except Tuesdays): 10am to 1pm
  • Daily (except Tuesdays & Public Holidays): 2pm to 5pm

*If a Public Holiday falls on Tuesday, our kitchen will be opened, and our kitchen will be closed on Wednesday instead.

2. For specific delivery timings within an hour’s range, a surcharge of $20 applies.

3. Priority will be given to large full month and wedding package orders.

 

 

Delivery Capacity and Other Details

1. All deliveries are for local addresses only (including Sentosa but excluding offshore islands).

2. As delivery slots are limited, please ensure that you place your order and delivery early.

3. Sweetest Moments reserves the right to reject or reschedule your delivery if all delivery slots are fully booked – customers will be duly informed if such situations arise.

4. If a delivery with specific timing requirement (an hour’s range) is rejected, the surcharge will be refunded accordingly.

5. Please ensure someone will be available to receive the purchases at the listed address – in situations wherein nobody is around to receive the purchases, the purchases will be returned to our office.

6. If purchase are returned to our office due to the absence of the recipient, delivery charges will not be refunded.

7. If all purchases are deemed to be satisfactory and accepted by the recipient upon delivery, no request for refunds or exchanges will be allowed.

8. We do not deliver to restricted areas including, but not limited to, military institutes, airports, ports, etc.

 

 

Tier Rental Charges 

1. Once tiers are returned to our office, charges will be deducted from the customer’s refundable deposit.

 

 

Promotions & Vouchers

1. Only one promotional offer or voucher may be applied per order.

 

 

Payment Terms

1. Full payment to be made upon ordering or receiving purchases.

2. Prices are subject to prevailing 7% GST.

3. Once payment is made, all purchases are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

4. All prices listed on this website and the company’s collaterals are calculated in SGD (Singapore Dollars).

5. Only SGD (Singapore Dollars) will be accepted for all payments (including surcharges).

2. Delivery/Self-collection (An administrative charge of $10 applies to all payment options below)

- NETS (Only for Self-collection)

Amendments & Cancellation Charges 

1. No amendments can be made to purchases 48 hours prior to its stipulated delivery/self-collection date as all products are made to order. 

2. In the event that any purchases are cancelled or amended, the following charges will apply:

- 100% of the total purchase price (including surcharges) if cancellation or amendment notice is given less than 48 hours from delivery or self-collection date.

- 50% of the total purchase price (including surcharges) if cancellation notice is given less than 72 hours from delivery or self-collection date.

- $50 for cancellation notices given more than 72 hours from delivery or self-collection date.

 
 

Product Care Advice 

1. All fresh products must be consumed on the same day of delivery or self-collection.

2. All full month and wedding packages must be given out on the date of its delivery or self-collection.

3. Otherwise, please refrigerate fresh products immediately or dispose responsibly.

4. We will not be held responsible for any illnesses resulting from irresponsible consumption of our products past its recommended due date.

 

 

Product Design

1. Website and all collateral images are for illustration only.

2. Thus, standard cake designs (exterior and interior) and colours may vary slightly from the website images.

3. Package components and food items are subject to availability.

4. However, in the event that any food items or components are unavailable, we will contact the customer and propose possible substitutions for the missing components before proceeding with your purchases.
