How many days in advance do I have to order? |

Please order 7 days in advance of the delivery date in order for us to prepare.
If your order is less than 7 days from delivery date, do give us a call at 6286 2553. We’ll see what we can do to help you. We will try our best to accede to your request if possible.

What time can you deliver the packages? |

Our preferred timing is between 11am to 1pm (may extend to 2pm on fri/sat/sun/mon). For special timing arrangements, please state so in the "special instructions". We would try our best to suit you.

What is the recommended resolution for the baby photo? |

The recommended resolution is 1200 x 900.
